Level Programs:  Our fitness programs are written in an easy to follow format with straight forward exercises, so that they may be easily understood by individuals at any level.  We believe in setting attainable goals and progressing your health and wellness over time. That is why the level programs allow the participant to control their intensity. We encourage all of our participants to journal and log their performance as they complete a program and set goals such as increasing the number of completed rounds in a circuit or increasing the amount of weight you lift each week. We believe that our programs can facilitate progress and a routine of exercise in your life.
